NDS Fund - Property Walkthrough Form
You must fill out this form and agree to these terms before scheduling a walkthrough at one of our properties.
This date/time is NOT guaranteed. DO NOT show up at the property until you've received a confirmation call from our team. (Also, DON'T select today's date)

Buyer will arrive for Inspection/walkthrough promptly at the scheduled time, if buyer does not arrive within 15 minutes of scheduled time access to property will be unavailable.
Walkthrough / inspection shall be limited to 30 minutes.
Buyer agrees to present themselves in a professional manner at all times
Buyer shall identify themselves as a partner of NDS Holdings Group LLC
Property is secured with a legally binding contract between seller and NDS Holdings Group LLC and or one of its affiliates. An affidavit of memorandum has been filed, recording the legal interest in subject property which has clouded and protected title from unauthorized transfer. I agree not to contact seller or occupants in any way outside of authorized inspections / showings scheduled by NDS Holdings Group LLC. Any attempt to contact seller without express written consent of NDS Holdings Group LLC is strictly prohibited any attempt to circumvent, work around, negotiate side deal, renegotiate underlying contract, discuss contract terms or otherwise compromise the integrity, relationship or agreement with any party will result in legal action and fine up to $50,000 for resulting damages.
Typing in and submitting your full name (E-Signature) below will initiate a legal agreement between yourself and NDS Holdings Group LLC. You agree to abide by all of the above stated terms.
